Your mission

As a Scrum / Kanban Master, you make sure our teams work efficiently, stay focused, and keep getting better. You introduce Kanban systems, coach teams and leaders, and drive the agile transformation across the entire company.
  • Kanban rollout & system development – You design, implement, and optimize Kanban systems at team and portfolio level, define WIP limits and service-level agreements, and build both physical and digital Kanban boards (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, Miro).
  • Coaching & enablement – You coach teams and leaders in Kanban methods and agile principles, plan and facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and Kaizen events, and build internal know-how through training and train-the-trainer programs.
  • Process optimization & metrics – You analyze flow metrics (cycle time, lead time, throughput, CFD) for data-driven decisions, identify bottlenecks and waste in the workflow, and derive concrete measures from them.
  • Reporting & escalation – You report transparently and escalate risks and blockers to the relevant stakeholders in good time.
  • Transformation & change – You actively contribute to the company-wide agile transformation, work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and the Agile Center of Excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen) at every level.

Your profile

  • Experience – At least 4 years of experience applying and implementing Kanban in complex organizations.
  • Certification – A certification such as Kanban Management Professional (KMP), Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP), PSK I (Scrum.org), or comparable is a plus.
  • Methodological foundation – A solid understanding of flow theory, Lean principles, and systems thinking.
  • Scaling frameworks – Experience with agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify model) is an advantage.
  • Tools – Confident with Kanban tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Miro, or Trello.
  • Facilitation & coaching – Strong facilitation and coaching skills – you know how to bring people along and inspire them.
  • Way of thinking – Analytical thinking paired with a pragmatic focus on getting things done.
  • Communication – Strong communication skills in German and English (min. C1).
  • Personality – High initiative, strong organizational talent, and a tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Change competence – Empathy and a sure touch in dealing with resistance during change processes.
